Could Kanosis Be The Best Network Marketing Opportunity Since The Internet Began?

That's a big question to ask so lets break down the components of what makes a great Network Marketing opportunity.

After being on the internet for 8 years and reviewing a multitudeof Network Marketing opportunities, I have put a list together of what anNetwork Marketing company needs to have in order to satisfy the word "great".

This is based on communicating with dozens of MLM'ers over timeand the complaints they had with other companies.

The TOP 9 complaints and how Kanosis solves them.

1 - The product or service must be unique.
Kanosis' service is unique, under development for 6 years. Withtheir new "coil" technology they will be able to offer the internet user unprecedented security. He/She will be able toaccess their information without a hard drive by just usinga keyboard, screen and mouse. They will be able to send andreceive spam free email, run their business from a cell phoneand use VOIP plus video and audio email. Plus there is a wholelot more that hasn't been released to the public yet.

2 - The market size should be global.
Kanosis' market size is huge and can be used by anyone on allcontinents. The service will actually open the door for manywho have not been on the internet yet. There service will thenactually increase the market size.

3 - The price should be fair and not inflate.
Kanosis' cost will be $15 annual and $22 per month, virtuallyaffordable by most everyone.

4 - The management should be experienced and qualified.
The management team at Kanosis is very well experienced and qualified, inclusive of an ex-HerbalLife President and whatmany consider as the 2nd most experienced expert on the internet,J. Southworth.

5 - The compensation plan should be simple.
Kanosis' compensation plan is about as simple as one can get. They will use a 2x14 Forced matrix which will motivate manybecause of the spillover that will occur.

6 - The payplan should be fair.
Their payplan will pay $1.10 per level and will not be weightedon the bottom for the heavy hitters or company members.

7 - Qualifying for commissions should be easy.
They have a qualification of 2 members one needs to sponsor.

8 - Marketing the opportunity should be simple.
Kanosis' will use a viral technique including a movie that willexplain everything to your potential customer and downline. There will not be a need for selling and phone calls.

9 - The company must be community focused.
Kanosis will be a community itself. Some of the features are very similar to MySpace. Kanosis seems to understand that acommunity is the glue that keeps retention high.

All in all, I believe this is an excellent opportunity for theseasoned MLM'er as well the novice. But besides that, Kanosiswill be offering a product that also answers the underlyingquestion of all Network Marketing opportunities, which is:
"Would I buy the product at the price being offered even ifthere was no opportunity attached?"
The answer seems to be a resounding "Yes" and thereforeKanosis could very well end up being the best Network Marketingopportunity since the internet.

The 10 Questions You Need to Ask of Every Network Marketing-MLM Opportunity

Over the past 8 years of being on the internet I have probably seen the majority of MLM opportunities. From the myriad of health companies, to lead companies to portal companies and everything in between.

I have joined a few. Built a 15,000 member downline in one, only to watch the company crash and have joined some that I would like to forget.

But through this journey, I have learned to fine tune what I believe makes a great MLM opportunity. The days of “pitch men/women” working up a crowd to a frenzy in some rented conference room at the local Best Western is coming to a fast end. The internet is here and it has been forcing an evolution in network marketing that I believe will be for the better.

The evolution is passive MLM. Too many people have joined too many opportunities only to watch themselves fail or the opportunity fail. The desire to make money will always be a driving force. But with so many alternative options to earning an income thru the internet, the experienced network marketer will be choosier. Companies will have to have more to offer than great copywriting and a great comp plan.

The two standard questions that most people agree upon in regards to what a MLM opportunity must answer are:

“What’s in it for me?” … and

“Can I do it?”

However, as all encompassing as these questions are, the network marketer needs to fine tune these questions. By doing so, he/she will be able to answer the question for themselves.

First, you need to emotionally detach yourself from the offer, step back and then ask the questions as if you were a reporter. As I list the question, I will explain why I feel it is important.

  1. Is the product new or unique?

You want the product to stand out on its own as much as possible. Hopefully found nowhere else and to have a “wow” (excitement) factor without hype.

  1. Would I buy the product if there was no income opportunity attached?

This is directly related to question 1. The stronger you can say “yes”, the stronger the “wow” factor.

  1. Is the market size global with little or no competition?

The product should be wanted and needed by a worldwide market allowing the network marketer a huge pool to advertise to.

  1. Is the price fair and not inflated to pay the compensation plan?

Too many products’ prices are inflated (ex: health industry MLM) to make what a company feels is an attractive compensation plan.

  1. Is the price low enough to encourage a larger market?

Most people who look into MLM are average everyday folks who do not have an extra $137 a month for product and another $150 per month for marketing and advertising. By having a lower priced product, the network marketer is able to work his/her business longer thereby increasing their opportunity for success.

  1. Is the compensation plan simple and easy to understand?

Having to be a rocket scientist to understand the comp plan is a turnoff and more people are becoming suspicious as to why it was designed that way. If your employer decided to change your wage to one as complicated as some of these comp plans you would probably consider a new job. As they say, K.I.S.S….Keep It Simple Stupid.

  1. Are sponsoring requirements minimal, at 2 or 3?

It has been said that the average network marketer sponsors on average between 2 and 3 people. If a company has different requirements, then I personally would immediately drop them. Sure you may be able to sponsor more but remember, the majority of people fall into the average category and that’s who you want to keep happy.

  1. Does the company offer passive marketing techniques, training and support to help the beginning marketer?

An MLM company lives and dies by retention. It is in there best interest to provide the best passive marketing strategy available along with training on how to market their product on the internet. 95+% of the people do not want to make phone calls. Accept it and work with it.

  1. Do the top people of the company communicate regularly and on a personable level?
  2. Is the company developing a “sense of community” among its members?

I’ve included questions 9 and 10 together because of their relation to each other. Communication and a “sense of community” are very important. It is like glue keeping everything together and I have seen it work when the ship was going down. People love communities and a company who “gets it” will go a long way in keeping their retention rates above normal, considering they satisfy the other eight questions.

I am sure there are more questions that can be asked, based on the particulars of the MLM opportunity itself. But as a general rule, you should ask these questions of all Network Marketing companies and then fine tune from there.

Too many times we let the excitement of what we read wrap us up in the “dream” and we join before we do our due diligence.
